This is a comforting smear of long-form ambience. To wax romantic, I hear it as how we might have expressed feelings to each other before this world or maybe after it. zionengine

Pure intertwining timbral magic that just gets better and better with every listen. The breathing, hypnagogic ambience contained within leaves room for lots of emotions without ever becoming stale or veering into condescension, making it a perfect aural blanket to wrap around my exhausted enbybrain during challenging times. One of the aurally richest ambient albums I have come across in a while, instant favorite.
Favorite track: all of them. On repeat. Shane Turner

The entire release is jaw-dropping, but the last three tracks (the D-side on the vinyl release), Bones of Angels, Ghosts That Swirl, and Mother Of Pearl, are the most heart-aching yet hopeful 19 minutes of sonic art I think I've ever heard. Spence
